1. Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from a qualifying retailer, we will match that price. This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.

2. Qualifying Retailers

The price match is valid for products sold by the following types of retailers:

• Online Retailers: Reputable online stores that sell directly to consumers and have a verifiable web presence.
• Local Competitors: Brick-and-mortar stores located within a 50-mile radius of your Rare Breed Trigger store.

3. Eligible Products

To qualify for a price match, the product must meet the following criteria:

• Identical Item: The product must be identical to the one sold by Rare Breed Trigger, including brand, model number, size, color, and condition.
• Availability: The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s store.
• New Condition: The product must be new, factory-sealed, and not refurbished or used.

4. Exclusions

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for price matching:

• Products sold by auction sites or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace).
• Products sold by unauthorized dealers or non-retail websites.
• Items sold as part of a bundle or package.
• Special offers, promotions, rebates, coupons, and clearance or liquidation sales.
• Pricing errors, misprints, or typographical errors.

5. How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please follow these steps:

Online Purchases

1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@rarebreedtriggers.org with the subject line “Price Match Request.”
2. Provide Details: Include a link to the competitor’s product page and a screenshot showing the lower price. Also, provide your order number if you have already placed an order with us.
3. Verification: Our team will verify the competitor’s price and the eligibility of the product.
4. Price Adjustment: If the price match is approved, we will adjust the price of the product and notify you of the updated price.

In-Store Purchases

1. Visit the Store: Bring proof of the lower price to your nearest Rare Breed Trigger store.
2. Provide Details: Show the ad, flyer, or online listing of the lower-priced item to a store associate.
3. Verification: The store associate will verify the competitor’s price and the eligibility of the product.
4. Price Adjustment: If the price match is approved, we will adjust the price at the point of sale.

6. Post-Purchase Price Match

If you find a lower price on an identical product within 14 days of your purchase from Rare Breed Trigger, we will match that price. To request a post-purchase price match, please contact us with your order details and proof of the lower price.

7. Terms and Conditions

• One Price Match per Item: We limit price matches to one per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price.
• Combination Offers: Price matches cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Right to Modify: Rare Breed Trigger reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
