Waiver & Release – FRT Trigger

Legal Compliance

✔ Accept full responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Waiver of Liability

By purchasing or using an FRT Trigger, you:

• Waive any claims against FRT Trigger for damages, fines, or penalties.
• Release FRT Trigger and its affiliates from liability for injuries, property damage, or losses caused by product use.
• Limit FRT Trigger’s liability strictly to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct—excluding special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRT Trigger against any legal claims, fines, or liabilities arising from the use or transfer of the product.

Transfer of Product

If you sell, gift, lease, or transfer an FRT, you must ensure the recipient understands and agrees to these terms. Failure to do so may result in legal liability for the original buyer.

Binding Agreement

This waiver applies to:
✅ You, your heirs, representatives, and assigns.
✅ FRT Trigger’s successors and affiliates.

By purchasing or using an FRT Trigger, you agree to all terms stated in this waiver.

Severability Clause

If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully enforceable.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This agreement is governed by Florida law.
• Any legal disputes must be filed in Orange County, Florida.
• All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to file lawsuits or participate in class-action claims.

Final Acknowledgment

🚨 If these terms are unacceptable, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
If you already own an FRT Trigger and do not agree to these terms, you should destroy, transfer, or return the product according to retailer policies.
